Rotary evaporator is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and biological pharmaceutical industries.
Rotary evaporator is an evaporating instrument widely used in laboratory.It is suitable for reflux operation, rapid evaporation of solvent, concentration of trace components and reaction processes requiring stirring.
The principle is that under the vacuum condition, the constant temperature heats ,making the rotating bottle rotate at a constant speed, the material forms a large area of film on the bottle wall, and then solvent evaporates efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by the high efficiency glass condenser and recycled in the collection bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency.
